In 2025, CIDS reached a pivotal moment, launching structural projects and expanding its interventions. To better prepare for 2026, CIDS staff gathered to review achievements, reflect on lessons and challenges, and organise effectively for the year ahead.
All in all, it was a year filled with challenges, met with outstanding spirit and determination, forging powerful partnerships that will drive CIDS’ programmes and ambitions forward.
On this occasion, presentations on major themes equipped staff to better support the implementation of the 2026 workplan.
