Woord en Daad is a Dutch NGO, working with national (local) partners in West-Africa, and one of the thematic focuses is value chain development.
We work with (international and local) small and medium enterprises for the development of value chains, like honey, cashew and onion.
For the development of the value chains, a lot of support need to be given in formulation of the projects, business cases development, and the implementation
of projects themselves. For the formulation of project and business cases, Woord en Daad is not only working with Wester partners and consultants,
but also with local consultants. We want to formulate the project as close as possible to the partners, farmers, and with the best use of local expertise.
Therefore, we work with CIDS/ Nebila Bationo for support. His advise, and support is valued, as his providing good value for money, and being able
to connect the international and local perspectives.
